Flat Roof Systems
We understand that each project has it is unique requirements, which may require several different systems; the range of solutions we offer we believe enable us to provide flexibility to ensure we can address all your requirements, however unique they may be.
We install a diverse range of Flat Roofing systems including Single Ply membranes, Hot Melt, Built up Felt and Liquid Applied. All our installations are able to attain a warranty of up to 30 years.
Single
Ply
We specialise in Single Ply Roofing and offer solutions that save time & material. Single ply roofing provides durability, strength, and flexibility.
Built Up Felt
A built up felt roof is an established method of weather proofing roofs, normally flat roofs, by using more than one layer of bituminous roofing felt which is bonded to the previous layer.
Hot Melt
There are several options when it comes to what to have on your flat roofs. But one of the most popular options found by roofing companies in Birmingham is the hot melt system.
Aluminium
PPC
We Design, Supply and install a range of Aluminium PPC goods including Parapet Cappings and flashings, Facias and Soffits, Cladding panels. All items can be bespoke manufactured to suit exact project dimensions.
Liquid Applied
Green and Bio-diverse Roofs
We partner with Specialist Green and Bio-diverse roof suppliers and can provide full supply and installation of complete systems.
Mansafe/ Fall Arrest Systems
Rooflights / AOV
We work with a select number of Rooflight manufacturers and can supply and install both Glass and Polycarbonate Rooflights and AOVs complete with either a UPVC or Aluminium Kerbs.
Access Hatches and Ladders
We install Access Hatches and Fixed Internal and External ladders, all fitted and designed to the latest regulations.
Roof Decks
We are able to Supply and Install Structural Roof Decks including the supply of any associated Safety netting.
